Went to orsett hospital today with my partner and he saw dr Laila in rheumatology she was amazing he has been in & out of hospital for 7 weeks and is getting no better he jas lost 3.5 stone in this time and finally today we had a dr that listened she has arranged tests and scans and couldnt of been more helpful, it was almost like being at a private hospital she was so kind and we came away feeling hopeful, so i would just like to thank her and all of her staff your all amazing xxx

had a appointment pain management on the phone a after I had baby my pain become worse. All I was told you have widespread pain and was told I'm a young women also he asked about meds before I could tell him a lot he told me I cant give tramadol I was asking for that I was answer his question. He said I cant help and medication wont I said so I have to live with it he said basically yeah and exercise. He was had no empathy. He said there no point putting on pain management he said you know how to manage it I asked if theres a refresher course he said no I will send leaflet. Wasn't interested in talking about new pain. I was very upset due to I have new pain just needed advice wasnt asking for medication just some help and felt that the doctor wasn't caring or just judged me saying about your young and felt like he was saying it's in my head. Feel really let down as needed advice to to empathize and he just didnt listen.
