Mike was admitted yet again to his second home the QE at Kings Lynn We both would like to thank the Paramedics for arriving so quickly,also Aamp;E for their prompt start of Treatment also the Medical Zone for their great care and finally the Oxborough Ward where he was treated for Sepsis..As before they were so very kind to him and he appears to settle on this Ward quite quickly Myself I was pleased to hear he had been placed on Oxborough as nothing appears to be too much trouble for them and certainly know how to handle this dreaded Sepsis Thank you all so much. We appreciate you all very much.

I came for an MRI on the 19/8/2019 I wasnt told anything after it.I gather you have to wait for results. Well on phoning different departments about this I then phoned the secretary of the consultant to be told that it was lucky I phoned as the MRI department hadnt passed the result readings of the MRI pictures to the consultant. I was amazed that such a mistake has been made as this could be a life or death situation. I have been wondering what the result is and to be told that the department hadnt sent the results through is disgusting if you ask me.Well I hope for you sake that the results are good..........

I was sent to the hospital by my GP who suspected I may have kidney stones. He phoned the hospital to arrange for me to see a urologist. He was told there wasn’t a bed available in surgical, but he said I should go to AE with the print out from him regarding my condition. I was in some discomfort when I arrived there at approx 12 noon. I waited in casualty to be seen by a triage nurse, she told me to wait to see the doctor. The doctor examined me and said I needed to be admitted to surgical assessment unit but there were no beds and I should wait in casualty until one became available, which I did. I was finally given a bed at 16.45 , I was told I would be seen by a urologist doctor and I waited until at 21.35 when a doctor arrived. I don’t think he was a urologist, he said I need to be seen by a urologist and he would get an appointment for me in the outpatient clinic. After waiting nearly ten hours Without food or drink, I was being told I needed an outpatient appointment, This could have been arranged hours before, I am still in pain still have the same medical problems. My GP felt it was serious enough to send me straight to hospital but I feel I wasn’t properly treated. I will say, however, the staff were very kind, and run off their feet, the problem seems to be with the system. I am now waiting for an appointment, hopefully this won’t be too long.
