Thank you for taking the time to let us know about the service you received. I am so pleased that you had a great experience at your appointment and that you felt you were treated with dignity and respect. It is always nice to hear that our staff have been so compassionate and I hope the new hearing aids are working out well!

I received great care at both the Out of Hours service and the Minor Injury Unit. Staff were welcoming and reassuring. Inwould definitely recommend this site to family/friends. Thank you!

My mother in law was a patient in The New Selby war Memorial Hospital throughout May amp; June due to her deteriorating health and sadly she died towards the end of June. We the family have nothing but praise for the standard of care both she and we received. All the staff on the ward, from the Ward Manager down, were aware of her needs, were prepared to spend time ensuring that she and we, understood all the aspects of her care. She was treated with respect, humour and gentleness through to the end. We were supported during this difficult time and given the privacy we needed to say goodbye. We cannot thank the staff on the ward enough for the marvellous care they provided to both my mother in law and the whole family. Thank you.

It is very reassuring to hear that staff were able to make your mother in law as comfortable as she could be during her last weeks and that she was treated with respect, humour and gentleness throughout.
