Aug 31 2021 The patient care received by Spire Parkway is disgusting. My dressing were ripped off causing my wounds to open and resulted in awful scarring. Scarring I’m left with on a daily basis. The Director of Clinical Services declined a corrective procedure stating a second opinion was made by an additional plastic surgeon and it was ‘within the parameters’. ‘Within the parameters’ was concluded without consultation with myself, with 0 photographic evidence, and they have still after asking 4 times, revealed who this plastic surgeon is. Disgusting service, morally corrupt and 0 patient focussed.
