Dec 23 2015 Sentinel had a number of wonderful carers along with some I believe to be profoundly awful. The service become awful in late May this year due to taking on far too many clients. The allocation of carers is not stable hence relationships never form and the care never becomes efficient smooth and relaxed Carers are sent from one side of Bradford to the other and back again causing traffic problems, erratic call times and carers too ill to be effective. They have also sent carers whom I refused to have again due the destruction of cooking equipment (four pans damaged or destroyed). They have also failed to maintain confidentiality (placing clients on speakerphone to ridicule them). I strongly advise you try another agency.
