Great little team who care for my grandad. I tend to meet them every other weekend when I go around for a catch up. He only ever says good things recently so all must be going well. He also always talks about a member in the office which he now calls his mate which is very nice to hear. |

A shambles of a company. Missed calls, short calls and late calls are the norm. Mostly very young carers who are sent out after minimal training and shadowing. The carers do try but the lack of organisation in the office prevents them from doing the best they are able to. High turnover of staff so you barely get to know one carer before they leave the company. Not recommended at all. Find a cdecent provider of care for your loved one, not this one. |

Sadly my experience wasn't as great as 2 of the reviews on here, my experience was late and lazy staff who were willing to leave me without medication for a day or two, the office staff would say one thing and the care staff would say another, so my guess either one or the other are telling lies or there is poor communication between all involved. It is not a care company that I would ever use or recommend to others. Not to say there weren't some genuinely lovely carers within j k sadly they were few and far between and left the company very quickly as they seem to be taken advantage of. I witnessed this as they would be my consistent carer for almost a week straight, 3 calls a day then she would then be replaced by certain other staff and the same pattern would happen, it was like they were on a rota for a week at a time and always looked exhausted and dead on their feet by the end to the point that I would then worry about them. |
