Late calls with no explanation, always shortage of staff at weekends, some carers couldn't care less, that goes fo management too because when you complain to office nothing is ever resolved. My advice, keep well away.

I must agree with the other two reviews. I was unfortunate enough to have this company allocated by the local social services. In short, while a few of the carers were really good, the vast majority just wanted to be in and out as quickly as possible (ten minutes instead of the half hour call). Some were rude and some were unhygienic. The company itself could not care less, despite numerous complaints they never did anything to address my concerns.

The fault is with the management and the organisation and allocation of work. I have a two carers four times a day. Everything runs smoothly when the regular workers come,but then for some reason known only to the coordinator they are moved to a different area. Some days three different sets of care workers come, including agency staff and workers from Nottingham. You don't know who is coming through the door. I don't like this at all, it is bad enough having to rely on others for personal care but this inconsistency leaves me feeling embarrassed and vulnerable. There are no set times for visits, times can vary by hours, so making arrangements with family and other visitors isn't easy. I have complained to the office several times and they always promise to sort out the problems and keep me informed but they never do. It is not a professionally run organisation.
