    Sage care for a member of my family and we have to call them at least 5 times a week due to late calls or just lately a no show wich is not aceptable. i have had to do the duty of the carers sometimes wonder how they can claim their money on these occasions. I do not totally blame the carers who we have seen come and go. This is a management organisation issue. I have now made an official complaint as my relatives safety was compromised.
