We were told that we are the only clients who use a Wheel chair, so employees find it hard to take me around in 1 i find this very hard to believe. was told my chair is to heavy to bye a new 1, i went to get a new 1 and was told i had the 2nd lightest chair to be made. Constantly told by management that their employee have a bad back so they really cant do this or do that. being told i can not go shopping today as i cant travel with a male, this was a total lie! ( I pay to be taken Shopping, its not free) take their time getting back to you when you contact them. careers are leaving left right and center, new staff are not being employed. clients are suffering because of this. there that short staffed that we have been dumped with no carer to look after my family, who is house bound with no local family. just dropped, leaving 2 days without care, how have they dealt with this, put her in a home for 2 days. no care, no compassion. its disgusting, i asked out right if they were trying to get out of the contract and was told no, not at all. management LIE and treat their customers like children. 95% of their young overworked under paid employees are brilliant. all above the careers are useless!! id never recomend this company again.
