Dec 6 2021 Management berate staff treating them poorly several members of staff left and are now in therapy from there actions. They harass staff to write positive reviews and even have written them on behalf of service users that lack capacity Have witnessed them doctoring there system to say they provided 100% care hours when In reality only provided 40% at best Avoid at all cost

Apr 8 2018 The staff who attend my family member with a learning disability are so kind, caring and skilled to deal with her behaviours. It is with great ease I know she is safe and with staff who know exactly what there doing. With complexed needs it is important that she has consistancy, which she has a small pool of staff dedicated to her. Her daily living has improved and she is out and about every day living life to the full.
