Nov 30 2018 The carers at this company are excellent but the way the service is diabolical. Miss calls on a regular basis as they do not allocate a carer and as you don't see the same carer on a regular basis the carers obviously don't know they have missed a call. The carers are told that the system is showing the call listed but the paperwork given to the carers doesn't have the call listed. The management do not respond to emails or phone calls and although they provide an emergency phone number it is very rarely answered or it is turned off. I would never recommend this Company.

Sep 8 2015 After mum was submitted to hospital from falling at home, my brother and I decided it was time to source home care. GoldLeaf was different, to other companies their approach to offer pretty much all aspects of care for mum is great. They really understand what it takes to make her feel safe and happy. Hats of to the carers you guys are amazing. I'm amazed how much extra you do, its really made a difference.
