Mar 8 2022 DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! THEY NEGLECTED MY MOTHER LEAVING HER WITH A BIG INFECTED (MINIMUM GRADE 3) PRESSURE ULCER IN HER BACK. THE NEGLECT INQUIRY BY ADULT SOCIAL CARE SAFEGUARDING FOUND THAT NEGLECT DID OCCUR. THREE 'CARERS' CONSPIRED WITH THE MANAGER TO FABRICATE THE CARE LOGS TO EVADE BLAME FOR THIS NEGLECT.

Dec 27 2015 Very caring, well trained staff, friendly, compassionate and professional. Same carers to my relative which was good for security and well being as my relative knew who was coming and when. Always on time. Office staff always a pleasure to talk to, nothing to much trouble for changing times due to appointment etc.
