May 10 2017 Concerned about my elderly uncle ,he rang me but I couldn't understand what he was saying ....this was late at night .....who do I contact to ensure he is alright ? no one because there s no one on contact very angry .....there should be a point of contact at times like this with vulnerable adults,..just not good enough ...what if my uncle has fallen or needs emergency care ?....providers listen ...this is not safeguarding vulnerable adults and leaves their families distraught ...do something!!!!!!!!!

Jan 23 2015 It seems to be virtually impossible to contact staff at this service. Over two days numerous calls during working hours have been either engaged or not answered and there is no facility to leave a message. Communications with the outside world need to be improved.
