Nov 7 2022 We have carares 4 times a day 7 days aweek from this agency and the service is aporling they never turn up when they should they don't care about there patients there in and out not giving proper care,leave plastic gloves all over the floor Most don't speak English AVOID DO NOT USE

Oct 28 2018 The out of hours is service is just terrible. Got a call around 8pm Saturday night to ask if they could go to my mums morning call at 7am or 9.30am as they had been let down assuming someone has called in sick which happens regularly at weekend. I refused and asked for the contractual call to to be met. I Was told this would be sorted. Got a call the following morning at 7.30am asking the same question. Again I said no. Got a call at 8.30 telling me someone will be there st 9.30. Game of pass the buck. The other week her 8pm Saturday night call rolls up past midnight after I was alerted by my mums neighbour who said my mum was sat downstairs and could not get up. She would have been sat there the next morning if I was not alerted . The out of hours told me they have no power over synergy staff they can only ask to fill in absences and if I am unhappy it’s synergy’s staff and it’s synergy problem and it’s them who I should complain to. Matter of time till there’s a clinical risk. Synergy are not bad but there out of hours needs to be looked at urgently.
