Melody CareBy: C.M. Rating:.. Jun 27 2017 All the carers that attend are always friendly and cheerful. On time except for a few occasions which cannot be helped. They always clear up after they have been, always announce themselves on arrival and if wife is out but has left lunch they bring it up to me. All staff at agency are friendly and helpful.
Original Comment Report...Melody CareBy: Anonymous Rating:.. Jun 15 2017 As a carer who lives 2 hours away from Mum, this company gives me faith that she is well supported every day. The staff are very reliable and I know I can depend on them to turn up when they should. Mum was very reluctant to have staff coming to her house, but now several of them have become her friends. I like the fact that staff use an electronic system to record what they do and I can log into this so I can see how Mum is doing even though I am far away. The agency emails me a weekly timetable so I can remind Mum when carers are due.
