Oct 2 2023 In-Person Visit, to Reception Desk, at Flowers House, Bletchley (2023): Greeted, by two, pleasant, Personnel. Neither, was wearing/showing, identity badges. I asked about this (at the time). No sufficient, answer (given). Otherwise, a brief chat, with both, Personnel and pleasant, enough. They were kind, in demeanour (regarding, elderly person- of mention). As I was leaving the building, by main, front door, I was accidentally (slightly) pushed, to the side, by one of, the care home, transport vehicles; which had reversed in, to park and was unloading, an elderly person, from a stretcher bed. Otherwise, a reasonable visit, to front Reception, at Flowers House. Please find, two, Flower Pics (attached). For the Staff Team, at Flowers House. You are all Welcome. Kind Regards, (Anon Visitor).
