Sep 11 2016 I would like to thank a particular care worker for going above and beyond with the care and support they provide my mother. This care worker is always so caring and even took my mum's budgie to the vets recently in their own time. I would also like to thank them for sorting my mum's deflated profile bed so efficiently last week.

It's lovely to hear that Hayley goes above and beyond caring and supporting your mum...and that her caring nature extends to the family pet too! I remember the problems with your mum's deflated bed and I know the team effort that went on all day and well into the evening to ensure your mum's bed was safe and comfortable. Mar 6 2015 Thank you for all you did to support Dad. Your care and hard work are greatly appreciated. In particular one Care Worker, who Dad was very fond of - your care and patience were exceptional; without your efforts Dad could not have stayed in his home for so long. We would recommend you very highly to anyone in a similar position.

They come in, know what to do and just get on with it. I also would like to compliment the office for sending this person to me regularly.
