J S Parker Northern House provides a case management service for people who have sustained an injury as a result of an accident, clinical negligence or another traumatic event. Each person supported by the service is allocated a ‘case manager’ to oversee their care and make sure their needs are met. The case managers are responsible for managing the teams of support workers who directly support people living in their own homes. J S Parker Northern House have an office base in Sheffield and support people within a two hour drive of this. At the time of this inspection the service supported 112 people and employed 72 staff.
