Apr 11 2017 Absolutely the best care company we've come across. Responsive, attentive and staff are incredibly friendly and polite. We have been using Almost Family for years now, and can only recommend this fantastic company!

Jan 28 2016 The company is called almost family. You don't feel like you are part of caring or supportive company, when you talk to them and have any questions or concerns they are very dismissive and never reply to any concerns they been ask about. Had friends in their care and now they have someone else who is looking after them very well ...what a difference and no stress. In my opinion this company does not live up to the standard to care for others and I will not recommend almost family to anyone I know.

I have had this company involved with a family member for a period of 2 months and within this time found that standard of care was insufficient to say the least and the care team not responsive to family members needs, when approached management they were very unhelpful and not polite about my concerns I raised and a few days later this company dumped family member without notice at all? I recommend to anyone considering using almost family to think twice and research before using them
