Jun 1 2016 Carers are brilliant but office at spalding are unbelievably useless. Phones dont get answered staff disinterested and unable to action anything. Carers get messed about with rotas and hence are late or miss calls and office dont care. We have no idea who is coming or at what time and so days and routines are disrupted.
