Sunley Court

Sunley Court in Kettering has 40 one bedroom apartments. Each apartment has a living room, kitchen and shower room. Our properties are available for rent and sale.

Any person over the age of 55 is eligible to apply for a home at Sunley Court. Priority is given to local people or those who have a local connection.

Eileen Liggins (resident): Eileen has lived with her husband Ron at Sunley Court since 2009. They have two sons, four granddaughters, three great granddaughters and a great grandson. They thoroughly enjoy living at the scheme where she says there is so much going on, including regular musical concerts. "I cant speak highly enough of the scheme and recently I even went to a rock and roll evening," says Eileen.

She says residents enjoy lots of activities including skittles, kurling and bowls.

The couple formerly lived in a bungalow with a large garden and decided to move to Sunley Court when they found it was too difficult for them to look after. Eileen had attended church events at the scheme so knew what it was like.

Eileen, who says the scheme has lovely gardens, adds: "Weve had more fun living here than for quite a few years."
