Grovewood House is a private family run care home which has been established for over 25 years.& Set in rural Northumberland, close to the town of Alnwick, it boasts landscaped gardens and beautiful views of the Cheviot Hills and the Coastline.& Specialising in elderly and dementia care, all staff are trained to a minum of NVQ Level 2.& Grovewood House can accomodate up to 28 residents.

Oct 2 2013 I can not fault this care home. My dad has dementia and getting to the point that he needed more care than being at home was difficult. The whole culture of the place is about caring for the residents. all the staff pay attention to detail. Nothing is a problem. Care is about the people and they have got it right. Feels so good to know he is cared for. A relative that has dementia is hard enough Grovewood makes it bearable.
