We are a local high quality supported housing provider who has over 20 years experience successfully working with vulnerable individuals with a range of complex needs.& The focus of our work is on the re-enablement of individuals, so that their quality of life is greatly improved as their independence increases. We have three 24 hour supported living schemes and one semi independent scheme, which are furnished and styled to a high standard.& We provide a pathway from our 24 hour supported accommodation, through to step down semi-independent accommodation or independent living with outreach support in the community.& We work in partnership with many local agencies such as GP&s, the voluntary sector, Food Bank, Drug and Alcohol services, Mental Health teams, Learning Disabilities teams and Physical Disabilities teams as well as solicitors.& We have built up our reputation as a reliable, trustworthy, high quality provider.& We recently had an inspection in January 2013 by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). The organisation was fully compliant with all CQC outcomes and the report highlighted the excellent services we provided. Comments from the report include ”since coming to this organisation I have learnt a lot. I have become more independent and confident".
