HAIL Domiciliary Care Service provides care and support to adults, particularly those with mild to moderate learning disabilities within the Haringey area. The service is closely integrated with the bank (as and when) staff team for the provider&s registered services.
Services will be provided in a manner flexible enough to meet the individual needs of service users, as specified in the person centred plans.&
The aim of HAIL is to provide domiciliary care and support to adults with learning disabilities enabling them to achieve their own potential and maximise their independence whilst continuing to live in their own homes
Enabling and empowering Service Users to influence the services provided by giving each Service User a real say in how services are delivered. & Encouraging Service Users to become involved in all decisions, which are likely to affect them, either now or in the longer term.
All care workers employed by HAIL undertake a comprehensive training and induction programme which includes policies and procedures and safe moving and handling. & All newly appointed care workers who do not already hold a relevant care qualification will be registered to undertake the relevant QCF qualification in Care. &
