Plasden Court

Plasden Court provides 24 hour care to people with mental health needs. The building is a block of 15 self-contained flats. There are offices and an overnight stay flat for staff. The staff team work in collaboration with multi-disciplinary mental health teams and other statutory services such as probation and substance misuse workers. Plasden Court is run by Praxis Care, a charity which supports people with mental health needs and learning disabilities.
