Everycare (Central Surrey)

I have been a client of Everycare for about four years and now receive visits from carers four times per day for personal care(morning and evening), meal preparation,shopping medication, accompanying walking outside using walker and sundry other tasks. Carers are always friendly and efficient (varying slightly according to experience).The timekeeping is generally good subject to traffic and weather but the scheduled timing tends to vary except for the first morning visit which is very regular. Very happy with this provider. They provide twice-daily visits to a family member for whom I have Power of Attorney. They provide a wide range of assistance to that family member, and the management and care staff are friendly, caring, professional and approachable.

Everycare agency was recommended to us by a friend when we unexpectedly found ourselves needing care help for my mother-in-law. From our first contact with them to the present time we have been delighted with the service they provide. They are reliable and professional. Contact is excellent and they are always willing to meet our needs as these change with the minimum of fuss. The daily care visits are done by a small group of carers so that a proper relationship can develop between carer and client and my mother-in-law looks forward to the visits. It is a great comfort to us to know when we cannot visit that we can safely assume that unless we hear otherwise, everything is fine. We would highly recommend them.
