Jan 23 2018 Had lend a hand for 3 terrible months. Carers who attended were mainly great just the a couple of poor ones....problem was they would turn up at any time and miss call after call sometimes without even calling to say they wouldnt be turning up. Would never use again as let down all the time I would avoid especially if the person needing care lives alone. On numerous occassions they would leave 18hrs betwen calls missing bedtimes and early mornings. Extremely poor company.

Sep 22 2017 Been using the services of lend a hand in Worthing for 10mths, in that time every time i have need to contact the office team they do not carry out what they commit to. Same excuses every time and never ring back as promised. Worst communication of any business I have ever dealt with, totally unprofessional. front line staff are great but are set unrealistic workloads and as soon as someone is off on holiday or sick the whole thing falls apart.
