Condorrat Medical Practice

Trying to get appointment, telephone appointment or emergency appointment is like finding hens teeth. There is one receptionist on in the morning ( i wont mention her name) is the rudest and uncaring person i have ever came across. I would like to know what medical qualifications she has that gives her the right to say weather i either get appointment or weather doctor can do anything further for me. I have been ill for last 3 months, been hospitalised and bad side effect from medication. I was told by her this morning she didnt think the doctor would be able to help me !! I had to insist that i needed to speak to a GP before she would allow me a call back. I called at 8am and in a queue of 10, by the time i got to speake to this receptionist there were no appointments left ??? I am utterly disgusted with the attitude of certain receptionist at this practice. I will make official complaint.

Absolutely shocking staff clearly look like they hate there job. Rude and never any appointments would not recommend to anyone
