I have been with the Cairns practice the past 3 years and in all that time I have never been able to make an appointment by phone , they just don't answer , it's easily the worst practice I have used , I also get the feeling that there are one or two doctors who have been there too long and gave me the impression they can't be bothered , one doctor actually said to me to pick the worst illness as he didn't have time to hear about the others !! , the phone in for an appointment is a joke , I can't understand why if I'm standing at their counter they can't make the appointment , it's lottery if you get thru , which as I've said before haven't been able to , all in all I'd give this practice minus 0 if I could . | ||||||
