Nightmare. Rude arrogant receptionists and Manager who lack even the most basic clerical skills. Wouldn't advise anyone to join this practice unless they want ignored neglected and end in hospital

I've been trying to get an appointment fave 2 fave for the past few months but they won't give me one and anytime I call they say the doctors decide now who they will see and who they won't see when did the doctors become judges ? I understand the doctors are struggling but before covid hit you could at least see your gp but now after 3 years from covid it's like nope can't see you at all and it isn't just my doctors doing it , it's alot of other places as well even my mother finding it hard for an appointment and she needs too be seen since she has a big lump on her body but they don't refer her to get it tested even tho they won't see her for it either! Just seems too me there not caring for anyone now and people have died due to not seeing there doctors on time witch maybe it could be prevented from them dying if they could see them earlier on before it gotten worse.... if it keeps up the way it's going then alot of people are going to get fed up and stop going to doctors all together and make it worse for there health though but not as if can even see your gps now.
