    Hello I'm Larisa Rostas I have called to crumlin our ladies children hospital To get my baby's legs checked And they have told me that I have to contact my Gp to get a letter Can yous please send them a letter to make my baby an appointment for his legs to get checked My baby's name is Danut Rostas Date of birth 06/01/2021 Medical card nr E043965 C Thanks
