Fingal Clinic

I have been going to this doctor for years and all the staff are amazing. They do their utmost best to get you an appointment as soon as is available. The receptionists are incredibly friendly and welcoming. They greeted me with smiles and made me feel comfortable right away. They were also very organized and efficient and they were very knowledgeable about the services offered and were able to provide helpful information and answer any questions I had. Nothing is ever too much for the lovely ladies behind the desk. The doctors are brilliant diagnosticians and were quick when it came to delivering my results. Overall this clinic holds a very high standard of practice and care.

Overall good experience. Some delays waiting for appointments but care given by staff second to none. ??

As a long standing patient at Fingal clinic I must commend the doctors and the staff on their professionalism. On one occasion I listened in shock as a member of the public berated and threatened the blonde girl on reception as she could not do what the person was asking her. She explained calmly more than once the reason why. In my opinion because the patient didn't like the answer they became abusive... and the receptionist became the target. When it was over, she just got back on to her work like it never happened. Hats off to anyone who can do that job. ..as I was totally taking back by the behaviour I witnessed.
