I was referred to badger by the nhs helpline,
I was reduced to tears by the person who spoke to me on the phone.
I was not given an opportunity to assess my options regarding the healthcare of my child and instead I was spoken to with no consideration and respect.
The man was condescending and patronising. I don’t know the name of the person I spoke to but he should be aware that the advice given to me was wrong (as stated by member of staff at childrens hospital) and his manner was rude. | ||||||
