Tried to make an appointment for my son over the phone. phoned over 30 times with call records to prove this. Phone was answered and hung up more than once. I went down to the surgery to be told they had computer problems, although it was working fine when I arrived. (surgery is a 5 min walk from my house. amazing how it got fixed in such a sort time.) Also you don't need a computer to answer the phone and explain theirs a problem or even hang up on people. All you need is some common courtesy. Made an appointment for the following day for 3pm. Turned up to the appointment only to be told there was no surgery that afternoon and it had been moved to the morning (not the first time this has happened) I was also told the surgery had tried to call me and left a message on my phone. when I questioned this as no message was received on the mobile I was told it was left on our house phone. We haven't had a house phone for 3 plus years. I was then told they didn't have a mobile number for me. Strange that the same surgery called me on my mobile 12 days ago to make an appointment for a MMR injection. (phone record to prove this too.) Unreliable, never a doctor on site. I'm not surprised people go to A&E if this is how doctors surgery's are run. | ||||||

Extremely unsatisfied with the service. Firstly, it took me almost a week to be able to secure an appointment to see the nurse for holiday vaccinations. I had to book the morning off work to be able attend the appointment as they do not do appointments early or late enough for people who work full time. Upon arrival to my appointment I was told there was no nurse that day, and I would have to call again towards the end of the week to try and make another appointment meaning I had taken time off work for absolutely nothing. There was no attempt to contact me prior to my appointment to tell me the nurse wasn’t in that day. No attempt was made to offer me other options, for examples other surgeries within the group.
With only 3 weeks until my holiday time is running out and it has left me no choice but to book vaccinations privately with Boots, costing me £73 for two injections!! | ||||||

Ive always had a positive experience here, with both Gps and the reception staff are really helpful and friendly. I always get an appointment. However after visiting today and seeing a new nurse I am disgusted with their whole attitude. They came out with a right face on them spoke to my children like they couldn't be bothered! and was very rude! they let the practice down. I dont ever want to see them again! | ||||||
