Terrible attitude. Delaying care,refuse to to find out what is wrong- cause of your problem, just pushing pills ,exposing patients to unnecessary side effects and causing anxiety ,which makes asking for help harder and harder.Been told my stomach pain is stress related, few days later being diagnosed with gallstones, and pain was gallbladder attacks. In morning i was told by GP i have just inflammation in stomach lining,in evening admitted to hospital due to joindice and infection ,needed IV antibiotics . | ||||||

I normally always manage to get an appointment, but I am registered to use the online service and as long as you sign in on 8am on the dot there always seems to be appointments available. I have been with this surgery since birth 41 years , and 99% of the time it’s great , 99% of the Drs are brilliant some of the reception staff can be a bit stand offish or even rude but as a practice I wouldn’t want to change | ||||||
