Mulberry has been my local GP since before the pandemic, and I have seen different doctors about my type-2 diabetes and the related problems and I can say the experience has been ok, but there are problems with the admin especially staff that are too busy or not organized? The patient access online for appointments has been unreliable sometimes when I booked appointments which the admin didnt know about. So improvements for the patients are needed. | ||||||

Appointments are usually only available to book many weeks in advance. Sometimes appointments are then cancelled late in the day, which is very annoying when you've taken a day off work specifically to be able to see a doctor. They also give contradictory advice regarding speaking to the GP over the phone - one day I was told I could arrange to speak to the GP about test results, the next day that's not possible.
After trying to get hold of my 4 blood test results for the last 6 weeks and it's starting to look like I'll never get them. It's a shame as most of the hard work has already been done and it must cost money to keep running blood tests that never make it back to the patient.
I'm starting to think that I'd be better off trying to self-diagnose the cause. | ||||||

I went into the surgery this morning and there was two members of staff doing something on the computer ,they did not bother to acknowledge that I was there, they both completely ignored me , I was there for about five minutes and still being ignored I decided that I had enough and walked out ,it was only when I got to the exit that I heard one of the staff members call out ,I was too annoyed to turn around and go back. | ||||||
