45 minutes on hold just to get a asthma pump prescription for my 7 year old daughter. Can hear the receptionist personal phone going off in background & then being placed on hold so they can take their calls. Laughable | ||||||

The pandemic is done with, why is it still near impossible to get an in person appointment? & there isn’t an option to book ahead, you must wait in a phone line of 30 people and hope for the best. What is going on? How is this allowed? I wonder how many serious illness’s are going missed because of this & the pool elderly who give up. The GP needs to be held accountable. The receptionist is terrible, rude and the opposite of emphatic - how is she still there? I have had issues with her going back 10 years! | ||||||

Receptionist and pharmacist are appalling. Very unhelpful and designed to bump you off. I am trying to get my prescription approved as I am going away for couple of weeks and they do everything possible not to help you. | ||||||
