I got some treatment there in August 2022. They have a very nasty person working there, a receptionist called Amanda Sweeney. She's very disrespectful and rude and I think I was not treated properly by her. I observed she treaated other patients the same way. If she doesn't like her job, she should resign and start working somewhere else. I don't understand how she was hired at all. We, elderly people, deserve respect and proper treatment. Reading the other review here, it seems many member of the staff act exactly the same... | ||||||

I attended the surgery on the 25/04/19 for a ultrasound scan. I left feeling extremely upset about the way I had been treated. I am only aware of the name of the professional that I saw due to one of her colleagues introducing her, as she herself failed to even make eye contact with me. This unwelcoming behaviour then continued when asked to undo my trousers to reveal my stomach she stated she would not fight with my clothes, I took this to be her instruction I had not put them down far enough. Once my ultrasound was completed I was told my GP may be in touch, she was still facing her computer continuing to act as if I was not in the room. Therefore I took this silence as my cue to leave. Overall, I believe her treatment of me was unbelievably rude as she failed to even greet me as I entered the room. I hope my comments are used constructively so that she can improve her interpersonal skills. | ||||||
