Yew Tree please support your receptionists with training to deal with patients!!! Receptionists there are terrible speaking with patients, they lack skills and quality to work with the public. As a psychologist I understand how to treat patients. I can surely say that they lack minimal qualities. At least one of them the blond middle age woman was very understanding and polite. I have never used the services in there yet but I had a little sample of how it is going to be. I wish I didn’t the to use…

Still struggle to get any face to face appointments. Multiple doctors dealing with the same issue, all having differing approaches which is a nightmare. Really am not very happy, email I sent with feedback about physio didn't reach the doctors required as I had requested, but another doctor instead who had no context to the issue concerned who then made an appointment for myself and disagreed on how injury had come about which differed to a previous doctor and my osteopath. Reception staff are hit and miss, some are lovely, most aren't that great - took several minutes to check in for an appointment making me look like I was late when in fact I wasn't! Unbelievable this is the state of doctoring in a post pandemic world.

Home visit for a 97 yr old in great pain with arthritis knees is impossible .... asking for for pain medication with no response. Every request for help is 'up to you'. Dr Ladbrook makes me feel it is my fault for any decision for my mother with no information given before I have to make a choice. One job..... you had 5 years to be a qualified doctor.... advice not choice... that is what we pay you for.
