I was lucky to get through pretty quickly, but was told they are only taking emergency apopintments today. I explained my situation and they asked if it was an emergency - I'm not a medical professional, so how would I know? Surely that's the point of seeing a doctor. As it was soethign I'd experienced before they said the doctor should be able to deal over the phone and would give me a call.... great. Of course it wasn't a doctor that called, it was a receptionist who very quickly told me an anti-biotic had been issued. So no consultation, no checking of my symptoms and being sure it was what I had before and not something else. I asked how I get the anti-biotic - they'v issued it to a pharmacy no-where near my home. When I asked if I could get it elsewhere they basically said I should have mentioned that this morning when I called - I didn't even know they were going to issue anything. Absolutely awful service, receptionist was rushed, rude and showed no empathy. Doctor is obviously under pressure but showed no interest in me at all - issued anti-biotics without any type of consultation - face to face or otherwise. | ||||||

on my visit i found that a young and caring doctor how was happy to listen and offer good support giving me hope for better care i found it a vast improvement much better then past visits i also found that the telephone call in for a appointment was received with helpfulness to get my appointment sorted i only hope that this standard can be kept up . and the staff standed even gets better well done to the team | ||||||

I have always had the best care. Must admit there is 1 receptionist that can be very rude. I have always been listened to and treated with respect. There was 1 Doctor who was VERY rude,but haven’t seen him in a while. Hopefully he has left . 1 nurse is very unhelpful can be rude, but now I refuse to see her. | ||||||
