Three weeks I ask for a doctor s letter of my medical conditions and still waiting and getting no help and feed back just that the doctors are very busy. The best thing about this I work and pay national insurance and this letter if I get it in 100years time is going to cost me £27 hahahaha my god could not believe this and I keep phoning up to were is the letter again doctors very busy sorry this is not my problem I am paying lots of national insurance and going to be priced £27 for this letter . | ||||||

It is only excellent now I have met Dr MacNab, I am 57 years of age and if I feel ill wait two weeks before I go to the doctors to be told Mr Barry if you still feel like that in two weeks come back no questions or examination that’s it. Been like this all my life until a few years ago when Dr MacNab came out to me as was stuck in bed with a bad back since then I have always asked for Dr MacNab as she is the best doctor I have ever had all my life she will ask me questions and examine and sort it out there and then what more could you ask for thanks Dr MacNab | ||||||

I have always found the receptionists to be so so rude!!! They shouldn’t be at the face of a doctors surgery frankly as their attitude is appalling!!! I actually overheard two of the receptionist slagging me off when they thought I had hung up, there is no need for this whatsoever and even if I had hung up they would’ve still done this, which is NOT okay. How they think it is okay to talk about someone in a negative way amongst each other, which could then be overheard by other patients is honestly so distrusting. The worst of the worst in my opinion. There is no need and I mean NO NEED of this. | ||||||
