Just can’t get an appointment , receptionist just say go to walk in centre Im not a regular , if I’m calling it’s because I need to see a doctor ,( i’m feeling to rough to head into city for a 3-4 hour wait ) I’ve started to wonder if any doctors even work there | ||||||

Requested an appointment but can only offer a phone call, asked for call back but Dr. didn’t have my details and never called back. Next day requested an appointment but as yesterday can only offer phone call before making an appointment guess what the surgery is now closed, No phone call and of course no appointment as everyone has gone home. Very poor service, think they would like us all to go private !! | ||||||

Tried to contact them by phone but got a recorded message saying I had to send a message on the website. After sending got a message to say response usually two days. Did it again on day 3 as I assumed I did something wrong. Still no response. Phoned again, this time I got through and was told they were too busy on the phones to read any messages. Facebook is full of similar tales and people saying they moved to another surgery | ||||||
