Awful service, poor website, rude staff and a total lack of empathy. The top docs are earning well whilst the practice slides into a terrible state. Shame on the partners shame | ||||||

I am waiting for a hip replacement and had my first appointment in Oct 2022. I walked at the time to the hospital appointment. It’s now Dec and I am Walking with two crutches. I went to the doctors for a review of my pain relief. A previous X-ray show bone on bone. The doctor said he can’t help with my pain relief and did I want physio, unbelievable,my bones are crumbling. Also as I work in the hospital he said I could walk over and talk to them lol. I have been made to go to another hospital so that’s not an option. I fell at work through no fault of my own I had one hip replacement in March and now need another. | ||||||
