I have lived in different parts of the country but have spent the past 25+ years under the care of this practice. They have treated myself, my wife, daughter, mother and mother-in-law with great professionalism and I can offer nothing less than praise and thanks. Receptionists, nurses, doctors and dispensers are all, in my opinion, professional and urgent problems are dealt with immediately. The doctors discuss problems clearly and in a way one can understand and offer clear choices when appropriate. This practice must clearly be in the top few in the country and I can think of nothing I would like to change apart from the odd parking problem. | ||||||

My family and myself have been using the surgery for 10 years. I normally have to wait 4-6 weeks for a routine appointment which is terrible. I have difficulty getting threw on the phone for the first couple of hours in the morning. I have had 2 missed ectopic pregnancies were I have gone to the surgery concerned and ended up taking myself to A&E. The last ectopic I had, I was concerned as I could not get an appointment till I was 8 weeks. I tried explaining to the doctor that I had previously ruptured at 6 weeks and they said that was the soonest appointment they could get.... I moaned a little and they said..... That's the best I can do, what do you want me to do about it! If that is the level of service.... I think it is disgusting. Sadly there are good and back doctors, the nurse is fab and some of receptionist are rude and abrupt! Not my favourite place and I only go now if I have too. | ||||||
