Sincere thanks for the Professional and very caring treatment I have recently received and always receive at Ludham and Stalham Surgeries. The friendly caring service is second to none in my opinion and all staff from Doctors to Nurses, The Pharmacy to Reception and the office staff. Recently I had cause to visit the surgery, and was feeling very poorly and I have to admit, quite scared. I was given the time and tests required due to family history and soon on route to Norfolk & Norwich Hospital (AMU) for treatment which was brilliant and successful. I was feeling so much better in a matter of hours that I was allowed home. My sincere thanks to all the staff at Ludham Surgery and I am so grateful. I feel so lucky to have such a caring Surgery where my other long term conditions are so well cared for as well as the day to day ailments. Thank you. | ||||||

Ludham Surgery is a fantastic practice that all the staff working there should be proud of. Appointments can be made easily through the telephone or online booking system and the reception staff are always happy to help. Appointments for children are especially well catered for with appointments booked in a timely and swift manner. Both of my two (3 & 5 years of age) are made to feel at ease by the nurses and GPs and they are always happy to visit! | ||||||

These surgerys are an absolute godsend. Over the past 10 years myself, elderly parents and my son have been at 5 different gp practices due to house moves. This one is beyond belief. We have never experienced such amazing service from any other. The staff are so friendly, helpful, accommodating and professional in every way. I never even imagined that a surgery as good as this even existed. I for once am completely speechless. I couldn't rate this surgery high enough. If you cannot get in at Stalham green you get the chance to go to Ludham. I haven't got a bad thing to say about any of the staff or treatment we have received and neither have the rest of my family. If all the other surgeries in the country take a leaf out of these practices book the NHS would be in a far better state to what it is now. | ||||||
