I had an appointment with a doctor as I had a very sore eye.
He arranged an emergency appointment for me with the Ophthalmology Department for later that morning.
I was seen quickly and I returned home with a prescription by the end of the morning.
I was very relieved and reassured by such prompt care - thank you. | ||||||

I really like my Doctor, but sometimes I struggle to get through to the surgery. This lines are often closed when they should be open. It can also be difficult to get an appointment when it is convenient. | ||||||
