Needed an appointment last week explained on the phone that I had been ill for nearly 6 days and couldn't shake it off with over the pharmacy medecines,thought I had tonsillitis,told reception team I had no asthma inhalers and in needed a perception for one,I was told by email that I had to go else where,I was obviously not ill enough to be seen and ended up in the walk in centre with antibiotics to treat a bacterial chest infection,I have been so ill this week struggling with my breathing,walk in centres are a god send maybe u need to go in there for 1 day and see what they have to cope with you have no clue,I will be changing my doctors when I can find one any better than yours . | ||||||

Some doctors here actually listen to their patients and engage with them to mutually agree the best way forward whilst one or two are not so good. Whichever, they all have the best interests of their patients at the forefront though sometimes it might not feel like it | ||||||
