Limited Capacity - Urgent Only Appointments I do wonder why every avenue is blocked by the practice so making it harder to contact the practice,yes i could phone but after being number one in the queue and still no answer it seems impossible which is strange as everytime i visit the surgery its empty but the car park is packed ???? | ||||||

You are no 1 in the queue 40 mins later still no answer so prehaps get a hearing test or another job.most receptionists are really good but a certain one is to far up her own backside like one or two others,strangely theres never anyone in the surgery yet the car park is full,prehaps read other reviews as alot of patients are not impressed | ||||||

Nursing staff have always been efficient and kind. Unable to comment on doctors as almost impossible to see one! Backroom staff, including receptionists, appear to lack sense of urgency and the phone queue is massive. 32 minutes to have a call answered yesterday. I think the surgery has a lot of well-meaning staff but they need a shake up in the way they perform The red columns in the official performance tables appear to indicate that there is a lot of work to be done to bring this surgery up to the level of more efficient surgeries. | ||||||
