Impossible to get a face to face appointment, even when I call at 8 am Sharp. So if you have a concern or a problem, your area directed to a walk in center. It shouldn't be so hard to see your medical practitioner to discuss confidential health matter. Shameful. | ||||||

Sending my review again as I’m not sure if my last one was received. I have nothing but praise for Dr. Patel and Dr. Staff who have got me into the system at the NNUH. I see Sarah the nurse at the surgery when I have my INR tests. She has a great personality and makes me feel at ease. I’ve seen Lucy and Amanda a few times when I can’t get an appointment with Sarah. On my last visit I had an appointment with Dr. Staff. He listened to my problems and got me appointments at the NNUH. The surgery always looks fresh and clean. 100 per cent praise to all staff members. ?? | ||||||

I’ve only been with the practice for a short time but I’ve found everybody to be efficient and very professional. I see Sarah the nurse regularly for my INR test. I just love the way Sarah she is so friendly, she has a lovely sense of humour and always makes me laugh. On occasion I have seen Amanda and Lucy who are very professional and kind. I’ve only had an appointments with Dr. Patel and Dr. Staff who have listened to mine and my husbands problems. I’m also impressed by the speed that they have made in getting me seen at the NNUH, feeling good that I’m now in the system at the NNUH and my health issues have been dealt with. Also the surgery always looks fresh and clean. Congratulations to all staff members who have coped very well with the Covid situation. Thank you ?? | ||||||
