I have been trying to see a doctor for weeks for the same problem I have spoken to saver all different people they have not really found out the real source of the problem just told me how handle the symptoms.Today I was told I could not even talk to a doctor by a very uncaring receptionist. I had told her I felt worse went through everything again I said This had been going on for about a month so she said in that case it is not an emergency how dare she judge me over the phone I have only been home from hospital after three serious illnesses and nearly dying | ||||||

There are no GP appointments available to book within the four week period. The service only offers the bookings withing four weeks so there are no appointments to book. The Monday opening hours say the service is open until 8pm but the phone at 6pm engages automated answering machine and there is no way to actually talk to the reception. | ||||||

After reading the other reviews on here, I just wanted to say thank you to all the staff who do brilliant job, despite having fewer doctors and funding cuts. If I need to see a doctor urgently I can always see someone one the same day. I agree that it can be annoying to wait for a routine appointment I realise that they are doing the best they can. We are very lucky to have such good doctors in this area. | ||||||
